TDC Workforce

I collaborated with the Transportation Diversity Council (TDC) to design TDC Workforce, a digital platform that connects diverse talent with employers in the transportation industry. As the founding designer, I worked closely with the team to conduct research, clarify TDC’s vision, and align strategic initiatives with the evolving needs of both job seekers and employers.

I led the information architecture and UX strategy, transforming complex hiring workflows into an intuitive, role-based experience that optimized candidate visibility and structured data for recruiters for more effective talent management. Partnering closely with development, I designed and implemented the MVP with a scalable framework, ensuring adaptability for future updates as TDC refines the platform for its upcoming release.
